Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1 small head cabbage, finely shredded

- Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
