Ingredients
- 2 packages of instant mashed potatoes
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the instant mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
