Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and cocoa powder together. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over the top.
- To make the frosting, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in cocoa powder and milk. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar. Pour over the marshmallows.
