Ingredients

  • For the Cupcakes:

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed until well combined.
