Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 ½ cups heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Pour pudding mixture into chilled crust and spread evenly.
