Ingredients
- 2 large green bell peppers, thinly sliced

- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and hing. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
- Add sliced bell peppers and cook until they are partially cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix besan with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the besan mixture to the pan and stir well to coat the bell peppers.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the besan is cooked and the bell peppers are tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
