Ingredients
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour in large bowl until well blended. Add Irish cream liqueur and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
- Pour over crust. Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven and run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
