Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 egg yolks

- 1/4 cup sugar for brulee topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering
