Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
