This Vegan Snickers Ice Cream combines creamy coconut milk, gooey date caramel, crunchy roasted peanuts, and rich chocolate chunks to create a decadent frozen treat that will satisfy any sweet tooth. It is the perfect dessert for vegans and non-vegans alike!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate, chopped

Directions
