2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, butter, Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread potato mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
