Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into four wedges and place on individual plates.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the bacon, red onion, and parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the bacon mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon the bacon mixture over each lettuce wedge.
  7. Serve immediately.
