Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon caraway seeds

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 carrots, peeled and diced

Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the beef and cook until browned. Stir in the paprika, caraway seeds, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
Add the beef broth and tomato paste and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the carrots and potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
Stir in the sour cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot with a side of crusty bread.
