Ingredients
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix
- Sprinkles, for topping
Directions
- Melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until combined.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each half of a silicone mold.
- Gently tap the mold to spread the chocolate evenly.
- Place the mold in the freezer for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Remove the mold from the freezer and carefully remove the chocolate halves from the mold.
- Fill each half with 1 teaspoon of marshmallow fluff, 1 teaspoon of hot cocoa mix, and a few sprinkles.
- Place the remaining chocolate halves on top of the filled half, pressing gently to seal the edges.
- Return the bombs to the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bombs from the freezer and place in a mug.
- Pour hot milk over the bomb and stir until fully melted.
