Hot Chocolate Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix
  • Sprinkles, for topping

Directions

  1. Melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each half of a silicone mold.
  4. Gently tap the mold to spread the chocolate evenly.
  5. Place the mold in the freezer for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  6. Remove the mold from the freezer and carefully remove the chocolate halves from the mold.
  7. Fill each half with 1 teaspoon of marshmallow fluff, 1 teaspoon of hot cocoa mix, and a few sprinkles.
  8. Place the remaining chocolate halves on top of the filled half, pressing gently to seal the edges.
  9. Return the bombs to the freezer for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove the bombs from the freezer and place in a mug.
  11. Pour hot milk over the bomb and stir until fully melted.
  12. Enjoy!
