Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, chili powder, salt and pepper, to taste.
Place chicken wings in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour in olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chicken wings on the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately.
