Garlic-Ginger Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, chili powder, salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour in olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chicken wings on the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately.
