Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, chili powder, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour in olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chicken wings on the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
