Colorful Slow Cooker Soup
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
1 wheel of Brie cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped herbs (parsley, thyme or rosemary)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to a 12-inch square.
Place the Brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Brush the egg mixture over the top of the Brie.
Fold the edges of the pastry sheet over the Brie, pressing them together to seal.
Brush the pastry with the remaining egg mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Serve warm with crackers.
