Ingredients

  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, tarragon, and dill. Brush salmon with mixture.
  4. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
