Ingredients
- 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, tarragon, and dill. Brush salmon with mixture.
- Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
