Ingredients

Directions
- In a large slow cooker, combine the onion, garlic, bell peppers, carrot, zucchini, tomatoes, vegetable broth, oregano, basil, pepper, and salt.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
