Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and jalapeños and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the cilantro and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Serve with your favorite dishes.
