- 2 cups chow mein noodles

Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add the mixture to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth, water, and chow mein noodles. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the green onions and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
