Ingredients
- 1 package linguine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 pound cooked and shelled crab meat
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the white wine and parsley and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the crab meat and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the linguine and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
