1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot.
