Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
