Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot.
