2 pounds pork baby back ribs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the ribs.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ribs and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until lightly browned.
Brush the ribs with honey. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the ribs are cooked through.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
