Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag. Massage the chicken to make sure it’s evenly coated with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
