Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (14-ounce) can pitted black olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture on both sides of the chicken.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and top with the olives.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
