Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of Roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
