- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese, for serving
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, and olive oil. Mix well until a dough is formed.
