These crispy everything flatbreads are a delicious and versatile alternative to traditional store-bought flatbreads. The combination of seeds and spices gives them a unique flavor and texture that is perfect for serving with dips, spreads, or as a side dish to your favorite meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
