Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic, parsley, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil. Place salmon on a baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic and herb mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
