Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, parsley, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil. Place salmon on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the garlic and herb mixture over the salmon.
