Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the salt, oat flour, almond flour, and cornstarch. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter mixture and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving.
