Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the salt, oat flour, almond flour, and cornstarch. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter mixture and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
