Ingredients
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 6 spears of asparagus
- 6 cubes of mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wrap each asparagus spear in a slice of prosciutto.
- Place the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet and top each spear with a cube of mozzarella.
- Drizzle the asparagus and mozzarella with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the prosciutto is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
