Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white fish fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cut the fish fillets into small cubes, about 1 inch in size.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip the fish cubes into the egg mixture, then roll them in the flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
