Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound potatoes, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak strips, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Add the butter and stir to coat the potatoes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Return the steak to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm.
