Ingredients
- 1 whole Red Snapper, about 2 pounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- 3/4 cup sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- Rub the fish with the olive oil and garlic.
- Mix together the thyme, rosemary, oregano, and salt. Rub the mixture all over the fish.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
