Ingredients

  • 1 whole Red Snapper, about 2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the fish with the olive oil and garlic.
  4. Mix together the thyme, rosemary, oregano, and salt. Rub the mixture all over the fish.
  5. Place the fish in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Serve the fish with your favorite sides.
