Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
