Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat it.
