Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup soybeans
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin half-moons.
  2. Rinse the soybeans and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
