Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, agave nectar, eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just blended.
Stir in the zucchini and walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
