4 Tilapia fillets
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the Tilapia fillets to the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
