Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork loin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over the pork loin.
  3. Place pork loin in an oven-safe dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and mustard in a small bowl.
  5. Remove pork loin from oven and brush the sauce over the pork loin. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing. Serve on a sandwich or in tacos.
