Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and top with the lemon slices. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken and serve. Enjoy!
