Ingredients
- 3 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or any other milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Add the frozen banana slices, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract and optional cinnamon to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
