Ingredients
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the cooked fettuccine and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
