Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Remove from heat and mix in the Gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and top with the breadcrumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm.
