- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and mix in the Gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and top with the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
