Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of black bean sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with the vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, black bean sauce, and sugar over medium heat.
  5. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce is heated through.
  6. When the chicken is cooked through, brush with the sauce and serve.
