Ingredients
2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and Brussels sprouts are golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
