Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and Brussels sprouts are golden brown.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
