In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, red onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands or a spoon until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into 4 patties and set aside.

To assemble the burgers, spread the yoghurt sauce on the buns and top with the cooked burgers. Serve immediately.
