Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. Shape the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
8. Serve and enjoy!
