Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, split and toasted
  • Lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the Portobello mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
