- 2 lbs fresh okra
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash the okra and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the okra to the bowl and toss to coat with the spices.
- Grill the okra for about 10 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred and tender.
