Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh okra
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the okra and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the okra to the bowl and toss to coat with the spices.
  5. Grill the okra for about 10 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred and tender.
  6. Serve warm.
